Bhutan will join the global environmental community in Sweden in June for Stockholm+50. It is an international environmental meeting that presents an opportunity for nations to speed up actions in areas fundamental to a sustainable future. It includes the relationship between humans and nature, and how resources are used and shared.
The participating countries are required to produce a national report based on consultations with relevant stakeholders and make a national stand for the meeting. The national stakeholder consultations meeting was launched virtually, today.
